| Description : | Join Heather O’Crotty LMP every Monday and Thursday morning from 9 to 10 am for a rejuvenating class of gentle stretching, energy-building, fatigue and stress fighting low-impact exercises and opportunities to discuss health and wellness topics with like-minded women. Please wear comfortable, loose fitting clothes if possible. Heather has been practicing massage therapy and energy therapies for 10 years. Heather has studied Herbology, Aromatherapy, Yoga, Metaphysics, Advanced Meditation and Clairvoyance practices. She has an ongoing passion for nutrition, women’s health, energetic healing, and environmental protection. Cost: $10 per class or prepay $30 for 4 classes.
